Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash or digital payments.
- Maintain store appearance by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring a clean shopping environment.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques and upselling strategies.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and contribute to a cohesive work environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or retail experience is a plus.
- Proven customer service or sales experience in a retail or service-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions and POS systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining store standards.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
