Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Assist customers in selecting the right sporting goods and equipment based on their needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and promotions of all brands carried.
- Collaborate with the team to meet store goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Passion for sports and fitness, with knowledge of sporting goods and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
