Responsibility

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Facebook and Instagram Messenger with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products to drive sales.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture potential customers through personalized engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and promotions.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (preferably in retail or e-commerce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in using Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms for business purposes.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules (e.g., 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
  • Basic computer skills, including CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Passion for the furniture industry and a desire to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
