Responsibility
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Facebook and Instagram Messenger with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products to drive sales.
- Follow up on leads and nurture potential customers through personalized engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (preferably in retail or e-commerce).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms for business purposes.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules (e.g., 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills, including CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Passion for the furniture industry and a desire to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
