Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to identify their needs and recommend the best gadget solutions.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team monthly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Maintain comprehensive up-to-date knowledge of all gadgets, accessories, features, and promotions.
- Demonstrate product features and explain technical specifications clearly to customers.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the showroom floor is clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Follow up with customers to build strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
- Proven experience as a Sales Assistant, Retail Associate, or similar customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Basic understanding of gadgets, smartphones, and consumer electronics.
- Ability to work consistently under pressure and maintain an aggressive focus on sales goals.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to assist international customers in Bali; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
