Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets in the Bali region.
- Manage and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Train and mentor sales teams to ensure high performance and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and local business culture is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
