Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base in the Bali region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and build client relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
