Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns, promotions, and content that resonate with our target audience.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions in Bali and beyond.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or B2B sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, email campaigns) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
