Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive property acquisitions and client engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in Bali’s real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners to expand the company’s network.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and presentations, to showcase property listings.
  • Coordinate and execute property viewings, open houses, and promotional events to attract potential buyers.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide reports to management for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless transactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or real estate, preferably in a luxury or residential property setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
