Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customers and expand market reach in Bali and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Promote company products and services through targeted marketing campaigns, digital channels, and networking events.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive threats, and customer needs.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the signage, advertising, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for achieving results.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
