Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the Botanika project, including digital, print, and experiential campaigns.
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Manage budget allocation for marketing activities and track ROI to optimize spend.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create lead-generation campaigns and nurture customer relationships.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Organize and execute events, open houses, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role (preferably in real estate or luxury brands).
- Proven track record in marketing planning, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Bali real estate market is highly advantageous.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
