Responsibility

  • Manage and process Purchase Orders (PO) in Oracle System, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Prepare and verify logistics and customs documentation to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Monitor and track shipments, resolving any discrepancies or delays in collaboration with logistics partners.
  • Maintain organized records of transactions, communications, and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Assist in resolving vendor inquiries and disputes, ensuring strong business relationships.
  • Generate reports on PO status, logistics performance, and vendor compliance for management review.
  • Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance, including contract preparation and client correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Systems or similar ERP software for PO and inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of logistics documentation, customs procedures, and import/export regulations in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
  • Experience in contract-based roles or fast-paced administrative environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry tools.
