Responsibility
- Provide in-stay guest support during office hours, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
- Escalate property-related concerns to the Property Manager and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate leasing activities, including property viewings, lease agreements, and tenant onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, property issues, and leasing transactions.
- Assist in sales activities, including lead generation, client follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and present reports on guest feedback, leasing performance, and sales metrics.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, leasing, or customer service within the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
