Responsibility
- Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Present and pitch products/services effectively to potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and negotiations to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management for performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
