Responsibility
- Provide personalized product consultations to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies that enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems while adhering to company policies.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation to create an inviting retail environment.
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve sales skills and product expertise.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
