Responsibility
- Manage and maintain sales records, including orders, invoices, and customer correspondence, using Accurate software and other relevant tools.
- Process and track sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team to prepare reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to support decision-making.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and contracts for clients.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Support the finance team by reconciling sales data and assisting with month-end closing processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or sales industry.
- Proficiency in Accurate accounting software is a must; familiarity with other ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, invoicing, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
