Responsibility
- Manage and update Amazon product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search visibility.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and inventory management to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports to track sales, conversions, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Handle basic graphic design tasks for product images and listings (if applicable).

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in e-commerce or Amazon-specific roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
