Responsibility
- Manage customer communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Process and track customer orders from initial inquiry through to fulfillment and delivery
- Generate and manage sales invoices, purchase orders, and other transactional documents
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with warehouse teams
- Track and follow up on aging accounts receivable to ensure timely payments
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems with relevant information
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, order status, and inventory levels
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including document preparation and meeting coordination
- Assist with basic accounting tasks and reconcile sales data with financial records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration, customer service, or related administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles and practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn new software
