Responsibility
- Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and client contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and inventory records.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist in coordinating logistics, including shipping, deliveries, and product returns.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales administration, customer service, or office support, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with order processing, inventory management, and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Passion for the hospitality or wellness industry is a plus.
