Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order execution and inventory management.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, invoices, and administrative documentation with high attention to detail.
- Assist in tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Handle billing, payments, and financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of materials and resources for production.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
