Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
