Responsibility
- Coordinate daily sales operations, including order processing, invoicing, and delivery scheduling.
- Liaise with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases to support decision-making.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and finance, to streamline workflows.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing administrative and logistical assistance.
- Implement and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales processes, inventory management, and basic accounting principles.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
