Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and inventory logs with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members and resolving issues efficiently.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team as needed.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring the sales department has the necessary resources to operate smoothly.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and sales collateral to support marketing and sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or business is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within the FMCG or confectionery industry.
