Responsibility
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper documentation and follow-up on outstanding receivables.
- Conduct regular audits of accounting data to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a must.
- Proven experience in accounting, particularly in accounts receivable.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
