Responsibility
- Manage full-set accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and resolve any financial discrepancies.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience in a multinational or fast-growing company is an advantage.
