Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
