Responsibility
- Conduct daily safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards on construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency response plans, and risk assessment procedures.
- Provide HSE training and inductions to new and existing employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Monitor and maintain safety equipment, PPE, and first aid supplies to ensure readiness for emergencies.
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness through regular toolbox talks, safety meetings, and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the construction industry.
- Certification in NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE qualifications is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and international safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and influence teams.
- Proficient in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
