Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard guests, employees, and property assets.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring high performance, professionalism, and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and government agencies to ensure compliance and rapid response to incidents.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarms, and fire safety equipment.
- Manage crisis situations, including medical emergencies, natural disasters, or security threats, with a structured and calm approach.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on security incidents, investigations, and improvements to senior management.
- Ensure all safety and security operations align with local regulations, industry best practices, and international hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security management, preferably within the hospitality, real estate, or luxury property sector.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing security teams in high-traffic or high-profile environments.
- In-depth knowledge of security systems, emergency protocols, and risk management in a resort or commercial property setting.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian safety regulations and experience working with local authorities in Bali.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and crisis management skills with fluency in English (additional Indonesian language skills are advantageous).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
- Certifications in First Aid, CPR, Fire Safety, or OSHA are highly desirable.
