Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive SHE management systems to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and internal corporate standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead internal safety training programs and workshops to enhance awareness and competency among staff and contractors.
- Manage environmental permits, waste disposal processes, and emissions monitoring to ensure full adherence to environmental regulations.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain all essential safety equipment, including fire protection and PPE compliance.
- Analyze safety performance data and prepare detailed incident reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and production teams to integrate safety protocols into operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an SHE/HSE role within the manufacturing or food and beverage industry.
- Certified in K3 Umum (General Occupational Health and Safety) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 (OHSMS) and ISO 14001 (EMS) standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to risk identification and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
- Willing to be based in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
