Responsibility
- Participate in end-to-end industrial process analysis and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Conduct performance monitoring and troubleshooting of existing processing equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the collection and analysis of technical data to generate performance reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all processing activities.
- Support the design and implementation of new technology integrations for site optimization.
- Engage in continuous learning modules and mentorship sessions as part of the ENDP curriculum.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 from a reputable university.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to site-based work culture.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be placed in Cikupa, Banten.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience is a plus.
