Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies and procedures across company operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure full compliance with company standards and legal regulations.
- Coordinate incident investigations and root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent future occurrences.
- Facilitate safety training programs and workshops for employees to build a robust safety culture.
- Maintain and update documentation for ISO certifications and other quality management systems.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on safety performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and improvement strategies for management.
- Identify potential hazards and propose effective mitigation measures to minimize operational risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or mining sectors.
- Certified in K3 (Ahli K3 Umum) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and data reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and competent in English.
