Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the month-end closing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on financial processes and best practices.
- Support strategic financial planning and budgeting activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
