Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for all transactions related to the Nila Breeding Center, ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian accounting standards.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with operational teams to track and analyze breeding center expenses, providing insights to optimize cost efficiency.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax filings and audits.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the agricultural, aquaculture, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
