Responsibility
- Manage vendor and customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Oversee collections and payment processing to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger entries.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
