Responsibility
- Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare budget forecasts to support financial planning.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax filings.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial administration or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., Brevet A/B) is a plus.
