Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define process workflows.
- Conduct process analysis to optimize and automate repetitive tasks, improving operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for RPA processes, including technical specifications and user guides.
- Perform testing and debugging of RPA bots to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot RPA processes, providing timely resolutions to issues.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Train end-users and provide support to ensure successful adoption of RPA solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer or similar role, with hands-on experience in RPA tools.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
- Experience with process modeling and workflow design.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.
