Responsibility
- Conduct regular site visits to assigned branches within Pagadian City to monitor and support daily operational flow.
- Assist various departments with administrative tasks, including document filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate closely with branch managers to identify and resolve immediate operational bottlenecks or staffing gaps.
- Monitor local inventory levels and facilitate requests for office supplies, equipment maintenance, or repairs.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly activity reports to the regional supervisor for performance tracking.
- Provide frontline customer service or clerical support during peak hours or staff shortages at specific sites.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures across all roving locations.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Short Term Course, or a Bachelor's Degree in any business-related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in administration, retail operations, or field-based roles is preferred.
- Must be a resident of Pagadian City or the immediate surrounding areas with deep local geographical knowledge.
- Highly organized with a proven ability to manage time effectively while traveling between multiple locations.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel for reporting and Word for documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Tagalog; proficiency in the local dialect is a significant advantage.
- Must be proactive, adaptable to changing environments, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
