Responsibility
- Provide operational and administrative support across assigned branches or departments within the Agusan area.
- Assist in the efficient handling of daily transactions and documentation processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and service quality standards.
- Coordinate with branch managers to fill operational gaps and assist during peak hours.
- Maintain organized records and prepare timely reports on field activities.
- Assist in inventory management or equipment handling as required by specific departments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing accurate information to clients.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and adaptability in a multi-site work environment.
Qualifications
- Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, Office Management, or any related field.
- Previous experience in a clerical, administrative, or customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and local dialects.
- Highly adaptable, flexible, and willing to travel between different assigned locations.
