Select Goods OPC is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Roving Sales Clerk to join our team, specifically supporting our RELX-Vape brand locations in Pasig City. In this role, you will act as the face of our brand, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and product knowledge.
As a roving clerk, you will enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory standards, promoting our latest products, and ensuring that our vape kiosks are presented to the highest quality standards. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, target-oriented, and eager to grow within a leading consumer goods company.
Responsibility
- Represent the RELX-Vape brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at designated roving locations.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and explain features to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and report stock replenishment needs to management.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards of the kiosk are consistently met.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash management duties.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to provide feedback to the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college level is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a field-based sales role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate product benefits effectively.
- Knowledge of vape products or consumer electronics is highly preferred.
- Must be willing to travel between different retail sites within Pasig City.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle basic sales reporting.
- Availability to work flexible retail shifts, including weekends and holidays.
