As a Roving Sales Clerk, you will have the opportunity to represent our premium vape products, assisting customers in finding the perfect device or accessory. Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with their product inquiries.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the RELX-Vape product line, including features, benefits, and usage instructions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the store displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked according to company standards.
- Perform daily inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of products to drive sales performance.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to all safety and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college level or degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized, honest, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
