Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to identify pest infestations and potential risk areas.
- Develop and implement customized pest control treatment plans using approved chemicals, traps, and eco-friendly methods.
- Perform preventive maintenance services, including sealing entry points, installing barriers, and recommending sanitation improvements.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation for all treatments, follow-ups, and client communications.
- Educate clients on pest prevention best practices and provide recommendations for long-term solutions.
- Operate and maintain pest control equipment, including sprayers, bait stations, and inspection tools, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service schedules and respond to emergency pest control requests.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, new technologies, and sustainable pest management techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pest control or a related field; certification in pest management is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of common pests in tropical climates (e.g., termites, rodents, mosquitoes, cockroaches) and their behavior.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and property layouts for effective treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments, including confined spaces, heights, and outdoor settings.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across assigned locations in Bali.
- Familiarity with safety protocols for handling pesticides and hazardous materials (PPE compliance).
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving pest-related issues.
