Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) for electrical vehicles to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Liaise with technicians, service managers, and customers to facilitate smooth vehicle handover processes.
- Document and report inspection findings, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company protocols.
- Identify and escalate any defects or issues discovered during inspections to the relevant teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive electrical systems and industry best practices.
- Assist in training and guiding junior staff on PDI procedures and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with the aftersales team to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve any post-delivery concerns.
- Ensure all PDI processes adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive aftersales, PDI coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of electrical automotive systems and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with teams and customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with automotive software and inspection documentation systems.
- Certification in automotive service or quality control is a plus.
