Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technician in mechanical, plumbing, or electronics.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certification in relevant technical fields (e.g., electrical, plumbing) is a plus.
