Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance on compressors, refrigeration piping, condensers, and freezing tunnels.
- Conduct servicing, refrigerant charging, and leak detection to ensure system efficiency.
- Respond to emergency repair requests and troubleshoot refrigeration system issues.
- Inspect and test refrigeration equipment to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in refrigeration maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Refrigeration Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, and piping.
- Ability to perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, and emergency repairs.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to refrigeration systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid certification in refrigeration maintenance is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English.
