Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on motorcycles, including engine tuning, brake adjustments, and tire replacements.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using specialized tools and equipment.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines to customers.
- Assist in promoting service packages and special offers to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Document all repairs and services performed for record-keeping purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest motorcycle models, technologies, and repair techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a motorcycle mechanic or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle mechanics, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various locations across Bali.
- Certification or vocational training in motorcycle repair is a plus.
