Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques, providing accurate and efficient solutions.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergency breakdowns, minimizing downtime for clients across Baliâs hospitality and commercial sectors.
- Install, test, and commission new equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional on-site customer support, including clear communication of technical issues, repair processes, and preventative maintenance recommendations.
- Maintain detailed service records, including work orders, parts used, and time spent, using our digital reporting system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to share knowledge, improve processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician, preferably in the hospitality, commercial, or industrial sectors.
- Proven expertise in servicing and repairing electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems (certifications or formal training are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel to client sites across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces, heights, and outdoor conditions.
