Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to identify pest infestations and potential risks.
- Develop and implement customized pest control treatment plans using safe, effective, and environmentally responsible methods.
- Apply pesticides, traps, and other control measures in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and provide recommendations for long-term pest management.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details, client feedback, and follow-up schedules.
- Respond promptly to emergency pest control requests and provide solutions for urgent infestations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest pest control technologies, products, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pest control, extermination, or a related field (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Certification or training in pest control techniques and safety protocols (e.g., IPM, pesticide application).
- Strong knowledge of common pests in tropical climates (e.g., termites, rodents, mosquitoes, cockroaches).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and outdoor settings.
- Valid driverās license and willingness to travel across Baliās designated regions.
