Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of assigned branches to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve branch performance.
- Train, mentor, and motivate branch staff to deliver exceptional service and meet individual/team goals.
- Conduct regular branch audits to ensure compliance with operational, financial, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align branch activities with overall business objectives.
- Resolve escalated customer or staff issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management with data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail branch management, preferably in optical, healthcare, or service-oriented industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess branch performance and implement improvements.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned branches in Bali.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
