Responsibility
- Lead the on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of Wirabot's humanoid robots and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) at client locations.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for deployed robotic systems, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for client staff on the operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of Wirabot's robotic solutions.
- Manage logistics automation projects, ensuring seamless integration of AMRs into existing client infrastructure and workflows.
- Oversee and execute setup, operation, and teardown of humanoid robots for events, demonstrations, and special projects, ensuring optimal performance.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and system upgrades to ensure the longevity and peak performance of deployed robots.
- Document all field activities, including installation reports, service logs, and client feedback, contributing to continuous product and service improvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering, sales, and product development teams to provide field insights and enhance future robot designs and features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in the deployment, installation, and maintenance of robotic systems (e.g., AMRs, industrial robots, humanoid platforms).
- Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems, including strong problem-solving skills in hardware and software.
- Familiarity with logistics automation concepts, warehouse management systems (WMS), and related industry best practices is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train clients and articulate technical information clearly.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and using diagnostic tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali and potentially other regions for field assignments.
