Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test robotic systems, including mechanical structures, control algorithms, and sensor integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver scalable robotic solutions.
- Program and optimize robotic movements using languages like Python, C++, or ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing to validate system performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot and debug hardware/software issues in robotic applications, ensuring seamless operation.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in robotics, AI, and automation to drive continuous improvement.
- Document technical specifications, user manuals, and maintenance protocols for robotic systems.
- Support deployment, installation, and training for end-users or internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in robotics development, automation, or related fields.
- Proficiency in ROS, CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and programming (Python, C++, MATLAB).
- Strong understanding of control systems, kinematics, and sensor fusion (LiDAR, vision systems, etc.).
- Experience with PLC programming, embedded systems, or industrial robotics (e.g., ABB, KUKA) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to collaborate in multicultural teams.
- Passion for innovation and a portfolio of robotics projects (academic or professional) is highly desired.
