Responsibility
- Design and develop electronics hardware, including schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs, using tools like Altium, KiCad, or Eagle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical feasibility.
- Prototype, test, and validate embedded systems, including microcontroller-based designs (e.g., ARM, ESP32, STM32) and sensor integration.
- Optimize hardware for performance, cost, and manufacturability, adhering to industry standards (e.g., IPC, CE, RoHS).
- Develop and debug firmware (C/C++, Python, or RTOS) to interface with hardware components.
- Conduct thorough DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) reviews to ensure seamless production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software integration issues, providing technical support throughout the product lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in electronics engineering and recommend innovative solutions to enhance product capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics hardware design, embedded systems, and PCB development.
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD).
- Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, or embedded firmware development.
- Experience with microcontrollers (ARM, AVR, PIC), FPGAs, and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi).
- Familiarity with analog/digital circuit design, power management, and signal integrity principles.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, EMC/EMI compliance, and testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team-oriented environment.
